The Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement between the European Union and its Member States and Canada (“CETA”) is provisionally (and partially) applied since 2017. In 2023, as foreseen in DG TRADE´s multi-annual evaluation plan, the European Commission services launched the ex-post evaluation of CETA.
