This is a proposal by the European Commission for a Council Implementing Decision amending the Council Implementing Decision of 29 October 2021 approving Estonia's Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), pursuant to Article 21(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/241 establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The amendments address 14 measures modified on grounds of objective circumstances rendering parts of the original RRP no longer achievable, encompassing both the adoption of better alternatives to achieve original ambitions and reductions in administrative burden, as well as corrections of three clerical errors in the existing decision. The total estimated cost of the amended RRP is EUR 953,380,000, with the financial contribution allocated to Estonia remaining unchanged at EUR 953,184,800, to be disbursed in six instalments upon achievement of specified milestones and targets across eight components covering digital transformation, green transition, digital state, energy efficiency, sustainable transport, healthcare, audit and control, and REPowerEU.AI
