This Council Implementing Decision amends the Implementing Decision of 8 September 2021 approving Czechia's Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP) pursuant to Article 21(1) of Regulation (EU) 2021/241, on the grounds that objective circumstances render 12 measures partially or wholly no longer achievable within the lifetime of the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The amendments revise the scope, milestones, and targets of the affected measures across multiple components, while the total non-repayable financial contribution available to Czechia remains unchanged at EUR 8,409,179,142. The total loan support previously made available to Czechia is reduced from EUR 343,142,953 to EUR 260,167,635, reflecting the decreased level of implementation of Investment 2 (Subordinated loan facility) under Component 2.10 (Affordable Housing), and the Annex to the original Implementing Decision is replaced in its entirety.AI
