OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE-GENERAL GAND DELIVERED ON 17 MARCH 1965 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, Unlike the two fellow research workers of Euratom in whose case I have just delivered my opinion, Mr Krawczynski was integrated by a decision notified on 25 April 1963 as a ‘scientific officer’ in Grade A5, Step 1, with seniority in that step from 1 April 1961.
