OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE-GENERAL GAND DELIVERED ON 1 JULY 1965 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, Today I have to give my opinion on the admissibility of five appeals which were joined last month toy an order dated 17 June and which were brought by officials who have all belonged to the Translation Department of the General Secretariat of the Councils for a long time, some longer than others.
