OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE-GENERAL GAND DELIVERED ON 18 JUNE 1969 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, The matter on which you have today to give judgment relates to the extent of the financial rights available to Mr Pasetti following the decision to terminate his services on the conditions laid down by Article 4 of Regulation No 259/68 of the Council.
