OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE-GENERAL GAND DELIVERED ON 29 APRIL 1969 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, I The case on which I have today to deliver my opinion belongs to a long series of decisions in which, at the request of finance courts of the Federal Republic of Germany, the Court has had to interpret the provisions of Articles 95 and 97 of the EEC Treaty.
