OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE-GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 15 MAY 1975 My Lords, The Court is, in this case, once again concerned with the Decision of the Commission of 8 May 1969 (69/138/EEC) authorizing the Federal Republic of Germany temporarily to confine its intervention purchases of common wheat and of barley to common wheat and barley grown on its own territory.
