OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 20 SEPTEMBER 1978 ( 1 ) My Lords, This scase comes to the Court by way of a reference for a preliminary ruling by the Cour du Travail of Mons. Signor Antonio Viola, the respondent in the proceedings before that Court, was born in April 1908.
