OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 13 December 1978 My Lords, These actions are brought under Article 173 of the EEC Treaty by the seven undertakings that produce sugar in Guadeloupe and Martinique. In each action the Applicant claims a declaration that Council Regulation (EEC) No 298/78 of 13 February 1978 is void.
