OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 17 SEPTEMBER 1979 My Lords, This case comes to the Court by way of a reference for a preliminary ruling by the College van Beroep voor het Bedrijfsleven. The Appellant in the proceedings before that Court is a company called H. Ferwerda BV, which carried on business at Rotterdam as an importer and exporter of meat.
