OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 4 OCTOBER 1979 My Lords, This case comes to the Court by way of a reference for a preliminary ruling by the Cour de Cassation of France. The appellant before that Court is a company called Greenwich Film Production, which, despite its name, is a French company, having its head office in Paris.
