OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL WARNER DELIVERED ON 28 JANUARY 1981 My Lords, This case comes before the Court by way of a reference for a preliminary ruling by the Employment Appeal Tribunal, sitting in London.. It raises questions of interpretation of Article 119 of the EEC Treaty in relation to the rights of part-time workers.
