OPINION OF MRS ADVOCATE GENERAL ROZÈS delivered on 19 November 1981 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, The case which forms the subject-matter of my opinion today arose from the coupage carried out in the Netherlands of wines of Greek and Algerian origin which had been put into free circulation in that State.
