OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL REISCHL DELIVERED ON 17 MARCH 1983 ( 1 ) Mr President Members of the Court, The applicant in this case, Kuno Ditterich, took up his duties with the European Atomic Energy Commission in 1954 and is now employed as an official in the scientific service in Grade A 5, Step 8, at the Ispra research establishment of the Joint Research Centre (JRC).
