OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLYNN DELIVERED ON 6 MAY 1982 My Lords, Lord Bethell wishes to bring before the Coun a matter which is of great concern to him and which is of interest to many members of the public throughout the Community. His view is that air fares inside the Community are fixed in a way which violates the competition rules of the Community.
