OPINION OF MRS ADVOCATE GENERAL ROZÈS DELIVERED ON 3 MARCH 1983 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, The Court has received an application lodged by Franco Colussi for the annulment of a decision of the President of the European Parliament whereby another person was promoted to the post of Linguistic Adviser in the Italian division.
