OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLVNN DELIVERED ON 16 SEPTEMBER 1982 My Lords, The Bundesfinanzhof has referred to lhe Court under Article 177 of the EEC Treaty the question “How was the production refund to the calculated for maize which was placed under customs supervision before 1 August 1974, but was only afterwards processed into starch, within the time limit laid down for processing”.
