OPINION OF MRS ADVOCATE GENERAL ROZČS DELIVERED ON 24 NOVEMBER 1983 ( 1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, This is an application lodged by Mrs Georgette Seingry (née Seiler), widow of René Seingry, and their two children, Florence and Georges-Francis, for the annulment of a decision refusing to recognize the disease of her late husband and their father respectively as an occupational disease.
