This action, based on the second paragraph of Article 173 of the EEC Treaty, has been brought by Timex Corporation against Article 1 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1882/82 of 12 July 1982 by which the Council imposed ‘a definitive antidumping duty on mechanical wristwatches originating
