The facts From the middle of 1937 to the beginning of 1948 Mr Jerzak worked in the German coalmines and from the beginning of 1948 to the end of 1967 in the Belgian coalmines. From 1961 to 1973 he was insured as a coke-oven worker under the German miners' insurance scheme.
