OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLYNN delivered on 13 February 1985 My Lords, This case comes to the Court by way of a reference for a preliminary ruling under Article 177 of the EEC Treaty dated 21 October 1983, by the Vice-President of the Tribunal de commerce, Brussels, in summary proceedings for an injunction in an action pending before the Tribunal.
