OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLYNN delivered on 20 March 1986 My Lords, In this case the Commission has brought infringement proceedings against Denmark with respect to certain restrictions imposed by that State on coinsurance operations. Here, as in Case 220/83 Commission v France, the claim is limited to coinsurance and my Opinion is concerned only with coinsurance.
