OPINION OF MR ADVOCATE GENERAL DARMON delivered on 27 February 1986 ( *1 ) Mr President, Members of the Court, 1. This action was brought by Elio Bevere, an official of the Commission of the European Communities, who claims that the Court should annul the decision of 31 January 1984 concerning the transfer of pension rights under Article 11 (2) of Annex VIII to the Staff Regulations of Officials.
