OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLYNN delivered on 12 December 1985 My Lords, In 1978 Bienengräber & Co. cleared for release into free circulation in the Federal Republic clothing and accessories for a figure which is called a ‘Monchhichi’, or in some countries, apparently, a ‘Kiki’.
