OPINION OF ADVOCATE GENERAL SIR GORDON SLYNN delivered on 21 January 1986 My Lords, On 7 and 11 October 1982 Conegate Ltd. sought to import into the United Kingdom through Heathrow Airport a number of articles which were described on the air waybills and the invoices as ‘window display models’.
