Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General ++++ My Lords, In this application the Commission asks the Court to declare that by establishing and maintaining a system of differential taxation in respect of wines known as "natural sweet wines" France has failed to fulfil its obligations under Article 95 of the EEC Treaty .
