Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General ++++ Advocate General Carl Otto Lenz delivered his Opinion on 26 February 1991. (*) He concluded as follows: "The only possible conclusion (which, at the hearing, the defendant, too, accepted as being correct) is that the view taken by the Commission must be upheld.
