Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General ++++ My Lords, On 15 February 1985 the Commission published in the Official Journal notice of an open competition COM/B/416 to constitute a reserve of administrative assistants in Category B Grades 5 and 4, whose duties would in particular include the "preparation of manuscripts as regards language and typography - proof-reading ".
