Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General ++++ My Lords, The Commission contends, pursuant to Article 169 of the EEC Treaty, that the Hellenic Republic is in breach of its obligations in that its legislation relating to the provision of certain forms of education is contrary to Articles 48, 52 and 59 of the Treaty .
