In this case the Pretura Circondariale di Perugia requests a preliminary ruling on the validity of a provision of the regulations on aid for soya beans. The plaintiff in the main proceedings, Mignini SpA (hereafter "Mignini"), produces animal feedingstuffs, for which purpose it uses, amongst other things, soya beans.
