Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1 In this appeal, Mr de Compte (`the appellant') is asking the Court of First Instance to set aside the judgment of 26 January 1995 (1) (`the contested judgment') by which the Court of First Instance rejected two actions for annulment brought by the appellant against two decisions adopted in relation to him by the European Parliament.
