Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1 In these proceedings for infringement of the Treaty, the Commission alleges that the Kingdom of Belgium has failed to adopt within the prescribed time-limits the laws, regulations and administrative provisions necessary to transpose certain directives, or to communicate those measures to the Commission.
