Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1 The French Government, supported by the Commission, has lodged an appeal for the partial annulment of the judgment of the Court of First Instance of 11 December 1996 in Case T-70/94 Comafrica and Dole Fresh Fruit Europe v Commission, (1) in so far as that judgment dismissed the Commission's plea of inadmissibility.
