Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General A - Introduction 1 In the present case the Cour du Travail (Higher Labour Court), Brussels, has referred for a preliminary ruling two questions which seek to establish whether the Moroccan mother-in-law of a worker - who was at least originally Moroccan - who lives in Belgium and has since acquired Belgian nationality, may rely on
