Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1 In the present appeal, an official who has been removed from his post (hereinafter `the appellant' or `Mr Tzoanos') is requesting the Court to set aside the judgment of the Court of First Instance (1) dismissing his application for annulment of the Commission's decision removing him from his post.
