Under Article 234 EC, the Tribunal Tributàrio de Primeira Instância de Lisboa (Fiscal Court of First Instance of Lisbon) (Portugal) has asked the Court to rule on several questions that have arisen in connection with a case concerning the customs duties payable on colour television sets imported from Turkey.
