Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General I ─ Introduction 1. In the present case the national court essentially seeks to ascertain whether the imposition of a contribution provided for under Greek legislation on the purchase and sale of domestically-produced agricultural products to finance an organisation insuring agricultural risks is compatible with Community law, in
