The European Parliament has brought an appeal against the judgment delivered by the Court of First Instance of the European Communities (Fourth Chamber) in Ripa di Meana and Others v Parliament (2) (‘the contested judgment’), claiming that it should be set aside in so far as concerns Cases T‑83/99 and T-84/99.
