Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General I ─ Introduction 1. By the two questions which it has referred for a preliminary ruling the Oberster Gerichtshof (Supreme Court) (Austria) seeks essentially to ascertain the extent to which provisions of national labour law, in this case the provisions of the Arbeitsverfassungsgesetz (Labour Constitution Act, hereinafter "the ArbVG"
