This case concerns an appeal brought by the European Parliament (hereinafter ‘the Parliament’) against the judgment of the Court of First Instance (Third Chamber) of 23 January 2002 in Case T‑237/00 Reynolds v Parliament (2) (hereinafter ‘the contested judgment’).
