Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General I – Introduction 1. The facts on which these cases are based are relatively straightforward. All the cases concern products marketed in the Netherlands as food supplements. The applicants in the main proceedings asked the competent German authority for permission to import these products and place them on the market.
