In this case the Portuguese Republic is bringing an action for the annulment of Commission Decision 2003/364/EC of 15 May 2003 excluding from Community financing certain expenditure incurred by Member States under the Guarantee Section of the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund (EAGGF).
