By order of 30 March 2004, the Högsta Domstolen (Swedish Supreme Court) referred to the Court of Justice for a preliminary ruling under Article 234 EC four questions concerning the compatibility with the Treaty of Member State rules prohibiting private imports of products the retail sale of which is subject to a monopoly in that
