Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General I – Introduction 1. By the present appeal the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (Trade Marks and Designs) (‘OHIM’) challenges the judgment of the Court of First Instance delivered on 15 June 2005 in Shaker v OHIM.
