Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1. By the present reference for a preliminary ruling, the Regeringsrätten (Supreme Administrative Court) (Sweden), asks the Court of Justice to interpret Articles 9(2)(e) and 21(1)(b) of the Sixth VAT Directive (2) as well as Articles 56(1)(c) and 196 of Directive 2006/112 (3) (collectively ‘the relevant provisions’).
