Opinion of the Advocate-General Opinion of the Advocate-General 1. In these proceedings, the Court is asked to rule on several questions relating to the existence and, where relevant, to the scope of the powers of the Member States as far as concerns food supplements, where the Commission fails to adopt implementing measures for setting the maximum amounts of nutrients present in food supplements.
