Written Question No 607/71 (*) by Mr Esteve, the Council promised to carefully consider any proposals the Commission might see fit to submit it, with a view to eleminating, on the basis of the provisions of Articles 63 and 64 of the Staff Regulations, any disadvantages officials working in the different countries may suffer as a result of parity changes.
