WRITTEN QUESTION No 721/73 by Mr Couste to the Council of the European Communities (25 February 1974) When presenting the measures decided on by the Council for improving relations with the European Parliament, on 17 October 1973, the Subject: Consideration of the Opinions of the European Parliament President-in-Office of the Council said: 'I should further like to recall that the Council has
