Written Question No 559/78 (1). I would ask the Commission to answer a number of supplementary questions: 1. With regard to the report mentioned in my previous written question (a consumers' report, contract No ENV/223/74-E on producers' rights to sell goods under various trade marks), I cannot understand why it could not be published or indeed be forwarded to the European Parliament.
